Job Objectives:
Plans work to be executed in SAP PM, regular maintenance such as Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities as well as larger overhauls and rebuilds. The focused objective is related to the efficient and effective execution of work by scoping out the work properly, for example by ensuring the right skills are planned for, the right place for executing the job is clear, the right timeframe given to execute the work, the right parts are on the work order, special tools required defined, permits are planned for, Hazards are defined, proper defined work instructions with step by step details and / or appropriate technical documentation, draft resource loading, alignment and agreement with maintenance execution and operations in the work execution area.
Job Description:
- Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports
- To filter key points from complex details and develop plans accordingly.
- Plans work to be executed in SAP PM, regular maintenance such as Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities as well as larger overhauls and rebuilds.
- Scope work properly by:
- Ensuring the right skills are planned for work.
- Defining the right place for executing the job is clear.
- Ensuring that the right timeframe is given to execute the work.
- Defining the right parts are on the work order.
- Special tools required are defined identified.
- Permits are planned for.
- Hazards are defined.
- Proper defined work instructions with step by step details and / or appropriate technical documentation.
- Draft resource loading.
- Alignment and agreement with maintenance execution and operations in the work execution area is achieved for the planning period.
- Facilitate post-shut analysis (for organizational learnings and continuous improvement) for major deviations and/or larger overhauls & rebuilds.
- Responsible for Asset Master Data integrity in SAP for the department in charge (updating/uploading of technical objects, PM Programs, Task Lists, BOM’s, if and when required in collaboration with Reliability, Execution, etc.).
- Resource budgeting/planning (workload vs manpower capacity/requirements) as per SAP PM Program.
- Establish long term and yearly overview plans for larger maintenance activities.

Minimum Qualification Required
Required experience
- 4 years’ experience in Maintenance execution, Planning and Scheduling
Job Specific Skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- In-depth computer application skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in CMMS, preferably SAP.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Thorough understanding of maintenance practices, work processes & procedures.
