Job Description

Job Objective:
 
To coordinate plant wide maintenance programs of fire systems with various departments and service contractor to ensure reliability of the fire systems as well as compliance to statutory and NFPA.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordination of maintenance programs with various departments and the contractor to achieve system reliability and compliance to statutory and NFPA standards.
  • Analyze effectively the impact of any changes to process in the form of reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentations & training sessions.
  • Analyze system reports and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance of HSE standards to contractors.
  • Ensure (SOPs) and other process and technical training programs are updated and maintained through ongoing development and regular auditing or reviews.
  • Coordinate engineering /improvement projects with the Technical Support department and standardization. Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Process.

Job-Specific Skills:
 
  • Through understanding design and maintenance of the fire systems equipment in accordance to NFPA.
  • Knowledge of programming of fire systems or general PLC
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Software
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge and Experience in SAP Maintenance Module. 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Trade/ Technical Qualification in Electrical and Electronics or Electronics Engineering.
