Job Description
Job Objective:
To coordinate plant wide maintenance programs of fire systems with various departments and service contractor to ensure reliability of the fire systems as well as compliance to statutory and NFPA.
Responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of maintenance programs with various departments and the contractor to achieve system reliability and compliance to statutory and NFPA standards.
Analyze effectively the impact of any changes to process in the form of reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentations & training sessions.
Analyze system reports and initiate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance of HSE standards to contractors.
Ensure (SOPs) and other process and technical training programs are updated and maintained through ongoing development and regular auditing or reviews.
Coordinate engineering /improvement projects with the Technical Support department and standardization. Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Process.
Compliance to KPI
Initiate root cause analysis and close gaps
Job-Specific Skills:
Through understanding design and maintenance of the fire systems equipment in accordance to NFPA.
Knowledge of programming of fire systems or general PLC
Organizational and planning skills
Computer literacy in MS Software
Fluency in English
Knowledge and Experience in SAP Maintenance Module.
Minimum Qualification:
Trade/ Technical Qualification in Electrical and Electronics or Electronics Engineering.
