Job Objectives:
To be a member of the accounting team and undertake the functions required within the accounting department as directed by the supervisor.
Job Description:
- Checking and processing of vendor invoices.
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Participate in meetings with Procurement, end-user departments and vendors regarding A/P issues.
- Participate in work with the external auditors on the audit process .
- Work on periodic processing and closing activities related to AP.
- Prepare management reports as required for AP

Minimum Qualification Required
- University degree in accounting, business or other relevant subject.
Required experience
- 4-6 years’ finance and accounting experience.
- Significant experience from a manufacturing business.
- Solid SAP FI experience.
- Advanced user of Excel and other MS Office packages.
